Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to create or use a V8 Predicts account.

2. What V8 Predicts is

V8 Predicts provides sports analytics, model-generated forecasts, historical performance information, and cryptographic verification records. V8 Predicts is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, does not hold betting funds, and does not place bets for users.

3. No guarantee of results

Sports outcomes are uncertain. Forecasts, picks, prices, confidence labels, historical ROI, CLV, or other analytics do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the service. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account used to access V8 Predicts. You may not abuse, interfere with, scrape at prohibited scale, circumvent access controls, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service to violate law or another person's rights.

5. Subscriptions and billing

When paid plans are available, plan price, billing interval, included capabilities, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize the applicable recurring charge until cancellation takes effect.

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Intellectual property and permitted use

V8 Predicts and its models, software, methodology, non-public data, protected projections, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to V8 Predicts. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the product as provided. It does not grant access to model internals, source code, private datasets, or a right to reconstruct or commercially redistribute the service.

7. Verification records

Public proof and historical records are intended to support transparency. We may correct display or metadata errors while preserving the integrity of the underlying record and any required correction history.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, data sources, plans, or integrations. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete market coverage, or that every scheduled event will produce a forecast or official pick.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, V8 Predicts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, trading or wagering losses, lost profits, or losses resulting from reliance on forecasts, unavailable data, delayed feeds, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms, abuse, fraud, security risk, unlawful use, or conduct that threatens the service or other users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
