Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time
When paid subscriptions launch, you may cancel through the account billing controls made available with your plan. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a checkout offer states otherwise, access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time after a voluntary cancellation, except where required by law or where V8 Predicts determines that a billing error or material service failure warrants a refund.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact [email protected]with the account email and enough information for us to locate the charge. Do not send full payment-card numbers by email.
Plan changes
Any upgrade, downgrade, credit, or proration behavior shown at checkout or in the billing portal controls the specific transaction. We will present the amount and timing before confirming a paid plan change.
